Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is NetDigital Security Pty Ltd, located at 121/45 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149, Australia (the "Promoter").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 21 December 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
All qualifying purchases must be invoiced within the Promotional Period.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The promotion is open to eligible NetDigital Security trade account customers Australia-wide, including approved credit account and cash-on-delivery (COD) customers.
3.2. Customers must hold an active NetDigital Security account and purchase the qualifying product during the Promotional Period.
3.3. Resellers, wholesalers, distribution partners and businesses purchasing products primarily for redistribution are excluded from participation in both the eGift card offer and the major prize draw.
3.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these Terms & Conditions.
4. Qualifying Product
4.1. The promotion applies exclusively to purchases of the following Hikvision AcuSeek Network Video Recorder:

4.2. Each individual qualifying NVR purchased and invoiced during the Promotional Period entitles the eligible customer to one (1) $100 digital eGift card and one (1) entry into the major prize draw.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchases, eGift cards or prize draw entries per eligible customer, subject to product availability.
4.4. Purchases made outside the Promotional Period, or purchases that are subsequently cancelled or refunded, are not eligible.
5. $100 Digital eGift Card Offer
5.1. Eligible customers will receive one (1) $100 digital eGift card for every qualifying NVR purchased during the Promotional Period.
5.2. The eGift card is a guaranteed promotional reward for eligible qualifying purchases and is not awarded by chance.
5.3. eGift cards will be distributed electronically to the eligible customer's nominated or registered email address.
5.4. eGift cards will generally be processed in weekly batches and issued within approximately seven (7) business days of the qualifying purchase being verified. Processing times may vary.
5.5. eGift cards for purchases made towards the end of the Promotional Period may be issued after the promotion concludes.
5.6. eGift cards are subject to the issuing provider's applicable terms, conditions, redemption instructions and expiry provisions.
5.7. eGift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred for cash value.
5.8. Where a qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded before the eGift card is issued, the associated eGift card entitlement will be cancelled. Where an eGift card has already been issued, the Promoter reserves the right to recover its value to the extent permitted by law.
6. Major Prize Draw
6.1. In addition to receiving a $100 digital eGift card, each qualifying NVR purchased earns one (1) entry into the major prize draw.
6.2. Eligible customers purchasing multiple qualifying NVRs will receive one additional entry for each unit purchased.
6.3. There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible customer may receive.
6.4. Entries will be recorded automatically using the Promoter's sales and invoicing records. No separate entry form is required.
6.5. The major prize winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
7. Major Prize
7.1. The major prize consists of one (1) Bambu Lab X2D Print More Bundle.
7.2. The prize is valued at $1,719 AUD (including GST), based on the advertised Australian selling price at the time the promotion was prepared.
7.3. The prize includes the items supplied as part of the manufacturer's designated X2D Print More Bundle at the time of purchase by the Promoter. Additional accessories, consumables or filament not included in the manufacturer's bundle are excluded.
7.4. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for alternative products.
7.5. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
8. Prize Draw Details
8.1. The major prize draw will take place at 9:00am AEDT on Wednesday, 23 December 2026, at NetDigital Security Pty Ltd, 121/45 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149.
8.2. The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries.
8.3. The first valid entry drawn will be declared the winner, subject to eligibility verification.
8.4. The Promoter's decision regarding the validity of entries will be final, subject to applicable laws.
9. Winner Notification
9.1. The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their NetDigital Security customer account.
9.2. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner following the draw.
9.3. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
9.4. Any publication of winner details will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
10. Prize Delivery
10.1. The major prize will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the verified winner, or made available for collection by mutual agreement.
10.2. Standard delivery costs within Australia will be covered by the Promoter.
10.3. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including supplier availability or freight disruptions.
11. Unclaimed Prize
11.1. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the contact details associated with their NetDigital Security account.
11.2. If the prize remains unclaimed, or the winner is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable state and territory laws.
11.3. Any redraw will be conducted at the Promoter's premises, and the replacement winner will be notified using their registered contact details.
12. General Conditions
12.1. The promotion is subject to availability of qualifying stock. The Promoter is not obliged to supply additional qualifying stock once available inventory has been exhausted.
12.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify qualifying purchases and investigate suspected fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries.
12.3. The Promoter may disqualify participants who breach these Terms & Conditions or attempt to manipulate the promotion.
12.4. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals.
12.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy
13.1. The Promoter will collect and use customer information reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, verify qualifying purchases, distribute eGift cards and conduct the major prize draw.
13.2. Customer information may be shared with relevant service providers solely where necessary to administer the promotion, fulfil rewards or deliver the prize.
13.3. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.
14. Applicable Laws
14.1. The promotion is subject to all applicable Australian federal, state and territory laws and regulations.
14.2. Where required, the promotion will be conducted in accordance with any applicable trade promotion lottery permits, approvals or regulatory conditions.
