Bosch Australian Open Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is NetDigital Security Pty Ltd (ABN 98 604 689 581) of 121/45 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149 (“Promoter”), in association with KEENFINITY PTY LTD.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 9 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 21 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to business customers who hold an active NetDigital Security Victorian branch account, including credit account holders or cash on delivery (COD) account holders, and who purchase eligible Bosch-manufactured products during the Promotion Period.
To be eligible:
- The entrant’s NetDigital Security account must be registered to the Victorian branch at the time of purchase; and
- Purchases must be made through that Victorian branch account during the Promotion Period.
The following are not eligible to enter:
- KEENFINITY PTY LTD employees and their immediate families
- NetDigital Security employees and their immediate families
- Distribution partners, resellers, wholesalers, agents or contractors, and their employees
- Any person or business without an active Victorian branch credit or COD account with NetDigital Security
- Any person involved in the administration of this promotion
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible customers must make qualifying Bosch purchases during the Promotion Period.
Customers will receive:
- One (1) entry for every ten (10) Bosch detectors purchased during the Promotion Period; or
- One (1) entry for every Bosch alarm kit containing detectors purchased during the Promotion Period.
Detector purchases are cumulative per eligible customer account throughout the Promotion Period and do not need to be purchased in a single transaction.
For example, a total of twenty (20) Bosch detectors purchased during the Promotion Period will generate two (2) entries.
There is no limit to the number of entries per eligible customer.
Entries are automatically generated based on qualifying purchases. No entry form is required.
5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The prize consists of:
- Two (2) tickets to the 2027 Australian Open Men’s Singles Final
The prize is valued at $3,598 AUD.
Total prize pool value: $3,598 AUD.
6. Prize Conditions
- The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- No substitution or compensation will be provided if the winner is unable to attend.
- The winner and their guest must comply with all venue, event and ticket conditions imposed by the event organiser and venue operator.
- Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize, including travel, accommodation, transfers, meals or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on 23 December 2026 at NetDigital Security Pty Ltd, 121/45 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website or marketing communications in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same location and under the same conditions.
10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their business name, first name, and state for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and related communications.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- The Promoter and KEENFINITY PTY LTD are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any event cancellation, rescheduling, or changes beyond its control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
- This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
